I look at this as a break through moment in our relationship. She, at the time was very uncomfortable with my sexuality but put that aside because she saw her son in pain. She pulled me in to the living room and sat me on the couch and shared her thoughts about it.She gave me this advice over a guy who i was crazy for, who dropped me just like that.These words of wisdom I’ll carry with me always. I love you mommy to the moon and back and back again.
